Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Bonus Hunt widget, !sr slot requests and the Casino Offers page (up to 5 of your own affiliate links) are free with no time limit. Free widgets use the default look and show a small casinostreamtools.com line.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Each widget is an OBS Browser Source: copy its URL from the dashboard, add a Browser source, paste it and use the recommended size. It also works in Streamlabs and other tools with browser sources.
Do I have to copy a new URL for every hunt?
No. Every widget has one permanent URL per account. New hunts, edits, phase changes and look settings show up on it live, even after OBS restarts or scene switches.
Can my moderators run the hunt?
Yes. Invite them by email from the dashboard. They can add bonuses, enter payouts and switch phases while you play.
How do I get Premium or Founder?
Premium is prepaid with no subscription: 9.99 for 30 days, 24.99 for 90 days or 79 for 365 days. Founder is 149 once, for life, limited to the first 20 accounts. Both are paid in crypto. If purchases are not open yet, join the waitlist from the pricing page and we email you once when they are.
How does paying with crypto work?
You pay an invoice in Telegram's @CryptoBot (Crypto Pay) with USDT, TON, BTC, ETH or LTC, priced in US dollars. We store the invoice ID, the plan and the payment status, never a wallet or card number. A crypto payment cannot be reversed once it is sent, so check the plan and period before you pay.
What happens when my Premium period ends?
Premium never renews on its own. We email you 3 days before it ends. After the end date there are 3 days of grace, then your account returns to Free: your data is kept, Premium-only widgets and look settings lock and the casinostreamtools.com line comes back. Buying again adds time to your current end date.
Can I get a refund?
Ask through Support in your dashboard within 7 days of paying: unused periods are refunded in crypto. Used time and payments that were already refunded are not. Founder is a one-time purchase and follows the same 7-day rule.
Will my Offers page show other casinos?
Only your own links, unless you switch on "Show suggested partner offers" in the dashboard. That setting is off by default; when it is on, a block labelled Partner offers appears below your own links.
Does CasinoStreamTools offer gambling?
No. We only make streaming software. We do not offer, operate or take bets on any gambling service. Gambling content is for adults (18+) only, so please play responsibly.
